Pandora

I've been listening to Pandora a bit over the past week. Not too bad. You add 'Stations' in a small Flash console, by song or artist, and Pandora uses the Music Genome Project to play music suggested by your preferences.

You can skip quite a few songs per hour, but there is a cap. You can also indicate thumbs up/thumbs down on any given song. It'll never play a song you don't like again.

It's been fun to hear new music that is similar to things I already know and love.

Why not try it? It's free. Let me know what you think.Linkhttp://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gif

I've been playing around with Pandora as well and love it so far. I've found at least 3 or 4 new bands that I really really like. I'll check 'em out on iTunes this week to see what else is on their albums.

My family blog had a short discussion on this recently too. Other services we pointed out were last.fm and another one that I forget:

I've been using Pandora for a while also. It's great! --perfect for post-baby hormonal mood swings.
